About this opportunity

The U.S. Army Product Manager Soldier Defense Systems is conducting a Request for Information to identify sources capable of providing Counter Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-sUAS) mobile solutions, with responses due August 19, 2026. No set-aside is anticipated.

The Army seeks mobile, ruggedized technologies delivering full kill-chain capability—detect, track, identify, decide, and defeat—against Group 1 and Group 2 small unmanned aircraft threats. Solutions must integrate with Infantry Squad Vehicle variants (ISV-U and ISV-9) to provide layered protection at platoon and squad echelons.

The Government prioritizes readily available commercial off-the-shelf products, modified COTS, or developmental items capable of achieving full production within six months of RFI closure. Developmental systems must be supported by a concise and attainable development and commercialization plan without Government participation or funding.

This is market research to inform future competitive procurement strategy for mobile counter-UAS capabilities. Interested vendors should refer to Section 4 of the RFI document for submission instructions.
