About this opportunity

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), specifically the Office of Public Affairs, is conducting a Request for Information (RFI) for Content Asset Management Portal (CAMP) Support. The RFI aims to gather market research to refine the agency's acquisition strategy, determine potential set-aside status, and select an appropriate contract vehicle. Key requirements include a FedRAMP-certified cloud-based Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solution that supports multiple file formats, offers scalable storage between 80MB to 1GB, and provides robust collaboration and metadata tagging capabilities. The solution must also meet FedRAMP Moderate security controls and include comprehensive vendor support such as initial and ongoing training, dedicated customer service, and maintenance during business hours (7AM-6PM EST). The RFI was posted on February 5, 2025, with responses due by February 14, 2025, though this is strictly for information gathering and not a formal solicitation.

The RFI does not currently specify a set-aside designation, indicating the opportunity is open to all business sizes. Potential vendors are asked to specify their business size status and relevant NAICS codes, with 541519 (Other Computer Related Services) and 518210 noted as potentially applicable. While no specific award value or budget range is disclosed, the comprehensive technical requirements suggest a complex and potentially significant procurement. No incumbent contractor information is provided, and the RFI explicitly states that this is not a commitment to contract and that the government will not reimburse response costs. Interested parties are encouraged to submit responses via email, with proprietary information clearly marked, understanding that non-response does not preclude future solicitation participation.
