About this opportunity
The Department of the Air Force's Space Rapid Capabilities Office (SpRCO) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to identify potential vendors capable of providing Ansys STK Premium (Space) software licenses for advanced orbit trajectory design and maneuver planning for satellite and spacecraft missions. The RFI specifically seeks authorized sellers or re-sellers of the Ansys software who can provide the TECS (Trajectory, Estimation, and Control System) software license. Vendors must submit detailed capability statements that include their ability to provide the required software license, contact information, and size status or SBA certification. This market research initiative is purely informational and does not constitute a commitment to issue a formal solicitation or award any contracts. Responses must be submitted via email to the designated points of contact by July 15, 2025, with no telephone inquiries accepted.
This opportunity carries no set-aside designation and is open to all qualified vendors regardless of size or socioeconomic status. The RFI does not identify any incumbent contractors or current service providers for this requirement. No budget ranges, award values, or contract ceiling amounts are specified in the notice, as this is solely a market research exercise. The procurement falls under NAICS code 513210 (Software Publishers) and PSC code 7A20 (IT and Telecom - Application Development Software), indicating it involves perpetual license software acquisition. SpRCO emphasizes that participation in this RFI is voluntary, all information should be provided free of charge, and the government assumes no responsibility for costs incurred by respondents or for improperly marked proprietary information.
