The agency believes Wildlands Restoration Volunteers is the only known source capable of meeting the government's specific requirements.
The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and determine whether other qualified sources exist that could potentially compete for this specialized revegetation contract. The scope of work includes containerized stock plants, harvesting seedlings, propagation, and hand planting of diverse plant species native to high alpine terrain, with all transplants to be harvested within 0.5 miles of the Mount Blue Sky Highway Environmental Study Area. Interested contractors must submit detailed documentation demonstrating their qualifications via email to Chinh.Le@dot.gov no later than 4:00 PM Mountain Standard Time on July 14, 2025.
