Key contract requirements include maintaining a 95% response rate for inquiries, ensuring 100% confidentiality compliance, providing 24-hour case coverage notification, and completing initial and refresher training within 30 days of award, with an anticipated workload not exceeding seven cases annually. Evaluation will be based on technical capability and price, with technical acceptability requiring firm-fixed pricing for all contract line items, submission of a qualifying resume demonstrating Resource Person standards, and a signed Compliance Certification acknowledging understanding of the Performance Work Statement and applicable Peace Corps policies. Questions must be submitted by Friday, March 6, 2026, at 3:00 PM Eastern Time, with quotes due by Friday, March 20, 2026, at 3:00 PM Eastern Time via email to Charles Cryoskie at ccryoskie@peacecorps.gov, and quotes must remain valid for 90 calendar days.
