About this opportunity
The National Park Service is soliciting proposals for a concession contract to provide guided oversnow vehicle tours and a skier's camp within Yellowstone National Park. The Department of the Interior's National Park Service Intermountain Region is seeking one contractor to operate these winter recreational services under Concession Contract No. CC-YELL500-26, with an expected effective date of July 1, 2026. This solicitation is part of a series of three related prospectuses for oversnow vehicle tours in Yellowstone, and Amendment 2 provides additional responses to questions received during the second question and answer session. Key deadlines include the second round of questions due August 27, 2025, notice of intent to propose due September 17, 2025, electronic proposals due October 1, 2025, and hardcopy transmittal letters due October 8, 2025. All proposals must be submitted electronically through the NPS Microsoft Teams platform, and only entities that provide notice of intent by the specified deadline will be permitted to submit proposals.
This procurement does not utilize any set-aside designations and is open to all qualified contractors. The contract falls under NAICS code 713990 for All Other Amusement and Recreation Industries and PSC code M1FB for Operation of Recreational Buildings. The place of performance is listed as Mammoth, Wyoming 82190, which corresponds to the Yellowstone National Park headquarters location. The solicitation does not specify award values, budget ranges, or identify current incumbents, though it references this as part of ongoing concession operations within the park. The prospectus and related documentation are available through the NPS concessions website, with all communications directed to Jennifer Parker, Commercial Services Program Lead, at the designated email address. The contract structure indicates a single award for the specified recreational services with a multi-year term beginning in July 2026.
