Offerors who submitted proposals must resubmit their Volumes 1 and 2 to the Contracting Officers in accordance with the submission requirements at RFP Section E.3.5.1 (b) in order to be considered. Only offerors that submitted a proposal by the solicitation closing date of February 3, 2023 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time will be allowed to revise their proposals under this Amended solicitation. New proposals will not be accepted. Resubmission of Volumes 1 and 2 is due byJune 12, 2023 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time to Dominic.Lackey@gsa.gov and Sarah.Duncan@gsa.gov.
