About this opportunity
The Special Notice from the United States Agency for International Development Regional Development Mission for Asia seeks input on anticipated program cycle management support activities across USAID's Asia region. The RFI was issued to gather information to help design an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract to provide technical assistance and capacity building services throughout the program cycle in countries where USAID operates bilateral and regional programs in Asia.
The RFI requests feedback on an attached statement of work by February 7, 2020 from interested individuals and organizations. The anticipated IDIQ contract would be set aside for US small businesses and have a base period of performance from September 2020 to September 2025. Responses to the RFI are voluntary and seek input to shape USAID's strategy for strengthening program cycle systems, enhancing local capacity, and improving accountability and use of evidence in programming across Asia.
