About this opportunity

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is issuing a Sources Sought notice to conduct market research for the procurement of Transportable Temporary Housing Unit (TTHU) Bath & Shower items designed to support disaster survivors with disabilities. The procurement focuses on seven specific items: a Roll In Shower (Best Bath Model 5LBS6030E75B), a T-shaped Water Stopper Kit, Safety/Grab bars in four different lengths (12", 18", 24", and 48"), and a Padded Shower Seat with Legs. The evaluation will assess respondents' capability to meet these requirements and their understanding of the project scope. Interested parties must submit a five-page response by November 12, 2025, at 1:00 PM ET to Contracting Officer Keturah Stroy via email, with responses addressing company details, socioeconomic business type, interest in the opportunity, potential subcontractor needs, and comments on the draft Statement of Work.

This is a sources sought notice for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a formal solicitation or guarantee of future contract award. The contract period, if awarded, would span five years from the award date with a standard delivery requirement of 30 days for each call order. Deliveries would be made to FEMA Manufactured Housing Storage Sites in CONUS or OCONUS locations, with Cumberland, Maryland designated as the standard site. The notice does not specify an award value or budget range, nor does it identify current incumbents or potential contract values.
