About this opportunity

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Office of Acquisition Services is seeking a digital evaluation and analysis platform license subscription to support the CDC Office of Communication UX Team in conducting remote user testing on desktop and mobile platforms. The procured solution must enable multiple testing methodologies, including unmoderated short tests, unmoderated standard tests, and moderated tests with live participants recruited from the platform's Contributor Network of public health professionals. Key requirements include screen capturing capabilities, user feedback collection, rapid transcription of test results without video recording, and 24/7 customer support during business weeks, along with compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards. This Request for Information (RFI) is market research designed to inform the government's understanding of available solutions rather than to establish evaluation criteria for a final award. Responses to the RFI are due by January 7, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. ET and should be submitted via email to xuy7@cdc.gov; participation in this RFI does not guarantee future contract opportunities, and vendors will not receive compensation for information provided.

This is a Total Small Business set-aside acquisition with no identified incumbent contractors or current contract references. The procurement covers a five-year period beginning March 16, 2026 and extending through March 15, 2031, structured as a base period with four optional renewal periods. The scope specifies delivery of six creator seats with unlimited viewer seats, access to 930 panelists for short tests, 3,330 panelists for standard tests, 527 panelists for moderated tests, and 48,500 session units over the contract term. No specific budget range or award value has been disclosed in this pre-solicitation notice. The platform must be capable of supporting the CDC's digital content evaluation and analysis requirements across the specified user volumes and testing methodologies throughout the entire contract period.
