About this opportunity
The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Nuclear Weapons Center is issuing a Request for Information on Sentinel scheduling support services with responses due June 23, 2026, for market research purposes only; this is not a solicitation or commitment to award. The Sentinel Program is a critical Acquisition Category 1D Major Defense Acquisition Program to modernize the nation's Intercontinental Ballistic Missile system and requires expert-level contractor support in managing a complex Integrated Master Schedule, database administration, and strategic program planning.
The Government seeks contractor capability across five primary areas: Primavera P6 scheduling management for a 70,000+ line Integrated Master Schedule including critical path analysis and Earned Value Management system integration; Oracle Database Administration with DoD security standard compliance (STIGs, SRGs); Master Planner and Strategic Support including quantitative schedule risk assessments and "what-if" scenario modeling; ACAT 1D Program Support for acquisition strategy documentation and Integrated Baseline Reviews; and Reporting and Governance including executive dashboards and Schedule Review Board support.
Key personnel must possess SECRET/SAP security clearances. Primary performance is onsite at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, though other personnel may work hybrid or remote with quarterly travel requirements. Responses must not exceed 10 pages and address company demographics, technical capability with large-scale Integrated Master Schedules exceeding 50,000 lines and ACAT I programs, Oracle DBA capabilities with DoD security hardening experience, quantitative Schedule Risk Assessment expertise, facility clearance level, capacity to staff SECRET/SAP cleared positions, and price estimation for a 5-year period of performance.
Responses are due electronically to Britanie Butler at britanie.butler@us.af.mil with the RFI number in the subject line.
