About this opportunity
This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Office of Acquisition Services for the World Trade Center (WTC) Health Program's Outreach and Education efforts. The purpose is to gather insights and capabilities from experts in outreach and education for public health programs, with a focus on recruitment. The RFI seeks to understand effective activities, tools, and resources that could be tailored to the WTC Health Program's outreach and education, as current enrollment is just over 25% of the estimated 400,000 impacted individuals. Responses will assist the government in developing its acquisition strategy, including determining small business capabilities and interest in a potential future acquisition.
The RFI does not specify any set-aside designations. It notes that responses are not offers and cannot be accepted to form a binding contract, and the government will not pay for any costs associated with responding. The RFI identifies certain underrepresented and underserved populations, such as Spanish-speaking and Chinese-speaking survivors, residents of Lower Manhattan, and young adult survivors, as areas of focus. No potential incumbent contractors or award values/budget ranges are provided.
