Can the vendor submit questions with the RFI?All questions were due by 12pm Eastern on 8/5/2024. Any additional questions can be submitted for the Government's consideration, but responses to these questions will not be provided.
Can the draft Statement of Work be shared to better respond to the RFI?There is no draft Statement of Work at this time. The previous solicitation can be found here: https://sam.gov/opp/6987ca331703479ca61c33f1592452ae/view.

Future requirements are expected to change, but general guidance, context, and expectations will be similar to the previous solicitation.

How is monitoring/evaluating currently being done? Which tools/platforms is WTC Health Program currently using to monitor current outreach efforts? All contractors are evaluated annually through the CPARs process. Each contractor submits monthly reports throughout the term of the contract periods. Each contractor also submits an annual self-evaluation report based on ongoing efforts to survey, assess, or otherwise gain insights into the success and impact of their outreach efforts. We are looking for suggestions and insights into other or additional methods and platforms with which to assess the impact and success of outreach activities.
Is the vendor expected to participate in any in-person events? If yes, can you provide anticipated number of events?Yes, vendors are expected to attend in-person events that align with an overall outreach strategy and target audience. Each vendor must meet certain unique attendee numbers, so number of events is largely based on the need to meet this number. This number is yet to be determined.
