About this opportunity

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to support market research for providing IT services and support for the Police Center (POLC) suite of applications. The POLC applications include 911 telecommunications, dispatching, investigations, records management, reporting, incident management, inventory tracking, and other related capabilities at five DoD sites. The government requires services for project management, technology services, and life cycle management support for the existing POLC applications, as well as planning for future digital transformation and modernization efforts. Respondents are asked to provide information on their capabilities, proposed solutions, pricing, implementation timelines, risks, and viability by the due date of November 5, 2024. However, this RFI is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation, and the government does not intend to award a contract based on the responses.

This opportunity is not set aside for any specific business size or socioeconomic category. The government has not identified any potential incumbent contractors. While the RFI does not specify an award value or budget range, it states the government requires services to support the POLC applications, which include a suite of IT applications across five DoD sites requiring project management, technology services, and life cycle management support.
