About this opportunity
The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to gauge industry's ability, capability, and pricing to provide hiring management software support for the 309th Software Directorate at multiple Air Force bases. The desired software should include features such as onboarding functions, job distributions, talent sourcing, candidate experience, screening tools, reporting and analytics, and scalable workflow. The government is interested in responses from small businesses, including 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, HUBZone, and Women-Owned concerns. Responses are due by July 2, 2024, at 1:00 PM MDT and should be sent via email to the points of contact provided.
This RFI is not a solicitation, but rather an effort to conduct market research and determine the best acquisition strategy. The proposed NAICS code is 513210 - Software Publishers, which has a $47 million size standard. The government is not financially obligated to pay any contractor for the time taken to respond to this RFI. The Directorate currently has around 5,000 employees and plans to hire approximately 800 people in 2024, so the government is seeking a scalable solution to support their anticipated hiring needs.
