About this opportunity
The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) anticipates soliciting a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee IDIQ Request for Proposal by June 29, 2026, for F-15 avionics systems supportability analysis services, with performance beginning September 2026 for three years.
This is a sole-source procurement. The Air Force states that BAE Systems Technology Solutions & Services Inc. (CAGE 99789) is the only source with knowledge of the complexity of processes and tools needed to compile and analyze the data required for the Supply Chain Management and Obsolescence Management Programs; the Air Force contends that no other contractor could deliver the service without unacceptable delays and significant waste of taxpayer dollars.
Work consists of desktop Technical Order parts audits and analysis, including component verification, data analysis, parts research, reporting, data gathering and inputting, tracking, organizing, developing, coordinating, and reviewing data. The contract structure comprises a Basic Ordering Period of 12 months followed by two 12-month Ordering Periods. The F-15 fleet's remaining life-cycle support extends to 2045.
The procurement supports AFSC's 638th Supply Chain Management Group and 409th Supply Chain Management Squadron. Place of performance is not specified. NAICS 541330 (Engineering Services) and PSC R425 (Support—Professional: Engineering/Technical) apply. The RFI closes June 26, 2026.
