All devices require USB-C ports; USB-A, RJ-45, and HDMI ports must be integrated or provided via docking station.

Respondents must address refresh cycle timeframes, pricing structures and total cost of ownership across acquisition models, hardware considerations including OEMs and surge requirements, and managed services including imaging, provisioning, deployment, lifecycle refresh, and inventory management. Responses are limited to four pages and should include notional cost projections and examples of similar federal contracts. Submit as PDF to Trae Dupart (kdupart@FDIC.gov) by October 2, 2026, 9 a.m. Eastern Time. This RFI does not constitute a commitment to issue an RFP or award a contract.
