About this opportunity

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Office of Acquisition Services has issued a Request for Information (RFI) concerning the World Trade Center Health Program. Specifically, the RFI seeks industry feedback on a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a Survivor Clinical Center of Excellence (CCE). The proposed center will provide continued health monitoring and treatment for eligible survivors of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks residing in the New York metropolitan area. The RFI was posted on January 16, 2025, with responses due by January 31, 2025, at 12:00 EST. The CDC aims to streamline the procurement process by gathering industry insights to improve the potential future solicitation.

To obtain the draft PWS, interested contractors must contact the Contracting Officer, Serina Allingham, at xog9@cdc.gov. The RFI is strictly informational and does not constitute a formal solicitation or guarantee of future contract award. Contractors are invited to provide feedback on the draft PWS's clarity, completeness, and feasibility, with the understanding that the government is not obligated to respond to or incorporate all comments. The opportunity is categorized under NAICS code 621498 for All Other Outpatient Care Centers and PSC code Q201 for Managed Healthcare. Participation in this RFI is voluntary, and not responding does not preclude future participation in potential solicitations. Contractors should monitor SAM.gov for any future updates or formal solicitation postings related to this requirement.
