Contractor responsibilities include demolition and debris disposal, substrate inspection and repair, installation of building wrap meeting ASTM E 1677 Type I specifications, removal and reinstallation of 36 security cameras and 343 exterior fixtures, and significant electrical work for Building G including relocation of the automatic transfer switch and 200A service disconnect. No specific budget range or award value is disclosed in the pre-solicitation notice, as this is market research conducted prior to formal solicitation development. The scope indicates substantial complexity and coordination requirements, suggesting this contract will likely attract general contractors with demonstrated experience in large-scale residential or institutional building envelope projects.
