Update #3 · Latest ·

To potential offerors

Amendment A002 to the solicitation has been issued on July 28, 2016.
There are so many changes to the original solicitation that we decided to re-issue the entire document. Thus you will not have to look for replacement pages or have page number issues. The changes are marked in the margin.

The due date for submission is extended to 11.00 a.m. local time on Tuesday, August 16, 2016.

As before, the solicitation will NOT be posted on FedBizOpps because of document security regulations for drawings.

Update #2 ·

This amendment is issued to inform potentially interested offerors that they need to contact Chris Heck (heckc@state.gov) if they want to receive the full solicitation package and amendments thereto.

Since architectual drawings are included in the packages, the documents will NOT be posted on FebBizOpps.
