The National Park Service, Interior Regions 3/4/5, Nebraska Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFQ) for the Replace wood shingles on two buildings in West Branch, IA.

Work will consist of providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary to replace two wooden shingle roofs at Herbert Hoover National Historic Site.

SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P6025Q0010

PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $100,000 and $250,000

TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor by late May 2025 to early June 2025 with performance to begin in June 2025.

Construction Wage Rate Requirements for Cedar/Johnson County, IA will apply.
