Performance must begin within 14 calendar days of award and complete within 60 calendar days. Work is governed by Davis-Bacon Act prevailing wage rates, OSHA Safety and Health Standards, Buy American construction materials compliance, and performance of at least 50 percent of work by the contractor's own organization. All personnel require TSA-approved identification and background investigation clearance for base access. Work must be scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding federal holidays, minimizing interference with facility operations. The contractor must arrange a site visit and pre-award conference before commencing work by contacting MK1 Ricky Gonzales at 504-915-6986.
