About this opportunity

This solicitation seeks repairs, spare parts, and sustaining engineering services for multiple national stock numbers across various systems. The Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center at Robins Air Force Base is procuring these goods and services on a firm-fixed-price, cost-reimbursable, and time-and-materials basis through August 2026 under an existing DLA contract with Rockwell Collins. Offerors must submit pricing by CLIN for the period of performance by July 3, 2019.

Rockwell Collins, CAGE code 13499, is being issued this sole source RFP as the incumbent contractor due to its status as the original equipment manufacturer. There is no set-aside designation for this requirement. Performance will take place through the end date of Rockwell Collins' DLA contract in August 2026 to provide repairs, spares, and engineering support for various systems through a single contractor's focus on optimizing sustainment and increasing platforms' capabilities.
