About this opportunity
The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center is soliciting repair services for two circuit card assemblies (NSN 5998-01-598-5644 and NSN 5998-01-598-5645) under solicitation FA8250-26-R-0003. The scope of work includes teardown, test, evaluation, and repair services to restore the components to serviceable like-new condition, with work performed in accordance with MIL-PRF-87893 and ANSI/ESD S20.20-2021 standards for electrostatic discharge control. Contractors must implement a Counterfeit Prevention Plan per SAE AS5553, maintain Item Unique Item Identifier markings per MIL-STD-130, and submit Engineering Change Proposals for any proposed subcomponent modifications. Award will be made based on three evaluation criteria in descending order of importance: price/cost, mission capability, and past performance. The contract includes four contract line items: two firm fixed-price line items for teardown, test, and evaluation services (2 units each with 30-day delivery requirements) and two not-to-exceed repair line items (2 units each) with detailed repair quotes required upon completion of teardown before work commences. Additional deliverables include Commercial Asset Visibility reporting, Repairable Item Inspection Reports, and Counterfeit Prevention Plan documentation.
