About this opportunity

The Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command seeks repair of rotary wing blades (NIIN 011589679) under a Foreign Military Sales arrangement, with quotations due by close of business June 11, 2026. The Government intends to award this requirement on a sole source basis under the existing Basic Ordering Agreement N00383-26-G-AB01, citing insufficient accurate data to contract with other sources.

Place of performance is the contractor's plant, with delivery FOB Origin to New York Forwarding Services Inc. in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. The items are designated Critical Safety Items. The initial induction period is 365 calendar days from contract award, with the Government reserving the right to extend for a total of two years; unused induction slots carry over to the second year. Contractors must propose either firm-fixed price or time-and-materials pricing inclusive of labor, materials, and parts to restore two units to operating condition. If pricing changes after the first 365 days, separate second-year pricing must be provided. Firms proposing option units must provide firm fixed pricing with no maximum quantity stated in the solicitation.

Government Source Approval is required prior to award. Contractors who are not approved sources must submit all data required by the NAVSUP WSS Source Approval Brochure with their proposals or be considered non-responsive. All inspection and testing must comply with original manufacturer specifications. Packaging and marking shall comply with MIL-STD-129 using the alternate MH-60 rotor blade container NSN 6KH 8145-01-142-8789. Contractors must provide DoD unique identification per DFARS 252.211-7003. Contact: Anna Kiessling, anna.m.kiessling.civ@us.navy.mil or 771-229-0483.
