NOTICE TO OFFEROR: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

The 90th Contracting Squadron, F.E. Warren AFB, WY has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for acquisition of GHLN 11-1039 "Repair Fire Protection/Detection Systems" effective the date of issue shown in Block 3 of the solicitation document FA4613-13-R-0017. The government will make an award on the basis of a Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract.

This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238210, with a size standard of $14 million. The scope of work includes renovation of fire protection and detection systems, installation of mass notification system, telecommunication and HVAC room modifications, interior repair and renovation of architectural systems and finishes, interior repair and renovation of electrical system, repair and renovation of mechanical systems, and repair and renovation of Fire Protection Systems.

Magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This magnitude does not necessarily reflect the proximity of the actual estimated cost. The evaluation technique to be utilized for the contemplated award of the issued solicitation is lowest price technically acceptable. The government anticipates an award date no later than September 30, 2013.

To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR website at http://www.sam.gov.
