Added: Feb 28, 2014 3:56 pm Modified: Apr 24, 2014 10:08 amTrack Changes The 911th Airlift Wing, Coraopolis, PA., 15108 intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP), using the Best Value source selection procedure, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) techniques to make a single award. This is a firm fixed-price contract to provide for all labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to Renovate Dining Hall Building 213, Convert to CAC, Project JLSS 11-0013A/B. Work includes but not limited to the repairs and renovations to the Dining Hall and incorporates general, plumbing, mechanical, fire protection, and electrical construction work or the exterior and within the existing building. All work shall be accomplished in strict accordance with the contract documents. The estimated cost range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The NAICS code is 236220. The applicable size standard is $33.5 million. Request for Proposal FA6712-14-R-0004 will be available o/a 1 April 2014. Proposal closing date will be o/a 6 May 2014. This action is being set-aside for competition restricted to HUBZone firms IAW FAR Subpart 19.13 and FAR 52.219-3. Tentative proposal closing date will be 30 days after issuance. Performance period is 300 calendar days after acknowledgement of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made until funds are available to make payments under a contract. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after closing with no obligation to the offeror by the government. Note: Interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Firms can register via the SAM Internet site at https://www.sam.gov/. Interested offerors are required to submit their representations and certifications on-line using SAM. Offerors must be a certified HUBZone firm at the time of the proposal closing date. The solicitation and associated plans and specifications will be available from the FBO website o/a 1 April 2014.
