About this opportunity
The U.S. General Services Administration Public Buildings Service Region 9 is seeking to renew the lease for office and related space in Reno, Nevada. The delineated area is bounded by Interstate 80, S Rock Blvd, Veterans Pkwy, and S Rock Blvd, with a requirement of 4,590 square feet of office space and 14 parking spaces. The current lease is expiring, and the government is considering alternative space options that meet specific requirements, including fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. Offered space must be a fully serviced lease and cannot be located in a 100-year flood plain. Entities responding to this pre-solicitation are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined in Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act.
This is not a set-aside opportunity, and the government has not identified any incumbent contractors or potential award values. The deadline for this pre-solicitation is July 13, 2024, and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is X1AA-P, Lease/Rental Of Office Buildings.
