The project involves comprehensive landscape renovation, including removal of existing stone dust paths, construction of universally accessible aggregate garden paths, regrading, drainage improvements, and installation of new irrigation systems and pedestrian barriers. The market survey targets firms under NAICS code 238990 with a $19 million small business size standard, aiming to determine contractor interest and capabilities. The procurement opportunity is open to multiple small business categories, including SBA certified HubZone firms, 8(a) program participants, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small businesses, Woman-Owned Small Businesses, and general small businesses. The project's construction estimate ranges between $500,000 and $1,000,000, indicating a medium-scale infrastructure improvement initiative.
