Service delivery occurs Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time, excluding federal holidays.
The contract is a firm-fixed-price purchase order with a base period from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, and four one-year option periods extending through September 30, 2031.
