Key contract requirements include 24-hour secured parking for 12 government vehicles, high-speed data service, and a five-year lease term with government termination rights. The lease requires a full-service agreement including utilities and janitorial services, with precise cleaning and maintenance specifications detailed in the attached documents. While no specific award value is mentioned, the government will conduct an appraisal to determine fair market rental value for the selected site.
