Furnish all labor, material, equipment, incidentals, supervision and transportation for work necessary to increase the chilled water supply and return piping, from 4" to 6", to Gym #6, Building 21713. It is to be piped from the existing mechanical room northeast towards 22nd Street connecting into exisiting 8" chilled water line.

Exercise the option to increase the existing 4" chilled water supply and return with a new 6" chilled water supply and return. The new 6" will be piped from Gym #6 mechanical room northeast towards 22nd Street and connects to the existing 8" chilled water loop located just north of the mechanical room for building 21717. This will supply the required chilled water flow to Gym #6 which will make the building 100% functional. Industry standing piping methods requires a 6" pipe to keep the velocities and pressure drops within an acceptable range.
