Key requirements include developing an intervention manual, conducting a randomized controlled trial, and creating assessments to measure interoceptive sensibility, resilience, stress management, and military readiness. Only capability statements and fact sheets will be accepted as responses to this market research effort, which is due by September 2, 2025, with the period of performance planned from January 5, 2026 to January 4, 2029.
