Contractors must provide all mobilization, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, site rehabilitation, clean-up, and demobilization services, with special emphasis on preserving the historic fabric of the site. While the solicitation notice does not specify detailed evaluation criteria, it establishes strict procedural requirements including a questions deadline of July 8, 2025, with inquiries directed to Brian Roppolo at brian_roppolo@nps.gov. Proposals must be submitted electronically by 12:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time on July 11, 2025, with the government reserving the right to cancel the solicitation.
