About this opportunity
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has issued a Special Notice for the recertification of clinician education materials on Bartonella infections. The CDC intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to WebMD Health Corp (Medscape Education) to provide recertification of two 508-compliant clinician trainings on Bartonella infections for an additional 2 years, as well as promote the trainings through targeted advertising.
The purpose of this Special Notice is to inform interested parties of the CDC's intent to award a sole source contract to WebMD, as they are the only vendor capable of providing these highly specialized services, which are a logical follow-up to a prior Federal Supply Schedule order. The estimated procurement amount is $137,231.98. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals by July 19, 2024, but the award decision is solely at the discretion of the government.
