About this opportunity

This solicitation from the Department of the Army National Guard seeks quotes for seven tactical radio transceivers and installation services at various locations at Fort McCoy in Wisconsin. The radios required include six fixed radios and one mobile radio to replace aging legacy equipment. Quotes are due by September 24, 2021 and must be submitted using the provided SF1449 line items structure. The government will evaluate quotes based on price and other factors and intends to award a contract to the responsible offeror providing the most advantageous quote. A pre-registered site visit was held on September 14 for interested offerors.

There is no set-aside designation. The anticipated NAICS code is 334220 with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. The PSC code is not provided. The requirement is in support of the 115th Fighter Wing's high priority mission and funds are presently unavailable, but award may proceed if prices are determined fair and reasonable when funding becomes available. Offerors must quote firm fixed prices for all seven radios and installation services to be completed by an unspecified deadline.
