Synopsis:
The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) intends to issue a request for proposal (RFP) W52P1J-17-R-0166 sole source to Motorola Solutions, Inc. in accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii), sole source under the simplified procedures for certain commercial items.
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued to fulfill the Government's requirements for new and replacement commercial land mobile radio (LMR) subscriber units, accessories, ancillary equipment and services to replace legacy subscriber units, accessories, ancillary equipment, and services at various Army posts, camps, and stations within and outside of the Continental United States. The equipment must be 100% interoperable with the existing Motorola LMR systems and programming platforms already in operation at each installation.
The requirement is for portable, mobile, and desktop subscriber units, accessories and ancillary equipment as well as related warranties.
