About this opportunity
This solicitation seeks the lease of 21 mid-size sport utility vehicles to support personnel in the Qatar Area Office of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Transatlantic Division Middle East District. Offerors must be able to provide the vehicles by December 1, 2020 to meet the base period of performance from December 2020 through November 2021, with the agency holding the option to extend the contract for four additional one-year periods. Proposals will be evaluated using lowest price technically acceptable procedures.
There is no set-aside designated for this requirement. Vehicles must be model year 2019 or newer with less than 20,000 kilometers. The place of performance will be in Qatar, and invoices shall be on a monthly basis for an identical amount.

This is a commercial supply procurement to meet a recurring supply effort for ground transportation (vehicles). The vendor shall provide safe and operable vehicles at all times for U. S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Transatlantic Division, Middle East District (TAM) personnel who are assigned to the Qatar Area Office. The U.S. Government (USG) will not exercise any supervision or control over the vehicle providers. This requirement will be evaluated on a lowest price technically acceptable(LPTA) basis.
