This requirement supports VHA's mission by providing contractor support services to help bring the clinic into full planned operations that will provide health care services to Veterans. This will be a firm-fixed-price contract with an estimated Period of Performance of thirty-three (33) months.

The Spinal Cord Injury (SCI)/Community Living Center (CLC) in the VA San Diego Healthcare System project will facilitate a construction/renovation project for SCI and CLC space in San Diego, CA, with approximately 200,000 sf for SCI relocation and additional long term care beds, future space conversion/reuse as a Specialty Clinic, and new private, inpatient beds for the CLC. This project will improve both safety and quality of life for the San Diego SCI and CLC community. Following this proposed construction, clinical services to veterans will commence in January 2025.
