The contract structure includes a base year from February 1, 2025, to January 31, 2026, with four additional one-year option periods potentially extending the contract through January 31, 2030. While no specific incumbent is mentioned, the solicitation indicates this is a new contract following the expiration of a previous contract. The contractor must provide biweekly sampling, 48-hour colony count testing, endotoxin testing, and emergency weekend testing services. Additional requirements include specific insurance coverage levels and restrictions on subcontracting, with SDVOSB contractors limited to paying no more than 50% of the contract value to non-SDVOSB firms.
