About this opportunity
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation is soliciting quotes for a PureStorage SAN Forensics Lab, an enterprise-class, all-flash array (AFA) that provides block storage and unified file storage capabilities for mission-critical forensics investigations and system backups. Offerors must be either the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an Authorized Reseller/Partner of PureStorage, with the FDIC retaining the right to verify reseller status directly with the vendor. The solicitation will be evaluated using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology, meaning the contract will be awarded to the technically acceptable offer with the lowest price. Prospective vendors must submit a completed pricing schedule, Section K representations and certifications, applicable EULA or MSA terms, and Pre-Award Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) information. Questions must be submitted by 12:00 PM EST on November 19, 2025, and all quotes are due by 12:00 PM EST on December 12, 2025.
This solicitation carries no set-aside designation and does not identify any potential incumbents or current contractors. The contract will have a three-year period of performance from the award date, covering hardware goods including a storage array and HBA controllers, subscription maintenance, software, and support services across six line items on the pricing schedule. While no specific award value is disclosed in the solicitation, the scope includes enterprise-class storage infrastructure with associated maintenance and support for a three-year term. The place of performance is Arlington, Virginia 22226. Interested vendors should note that incomplete submissions, particularly those lacking a completed pricing schedule or proper Pre-SCRM documentation, will be rejected.
