The permissible exterior colors are black, grey, or silver. The procurement will be awarded on a firm-fixed-price basis to the lowest-priced acceptable and responsible quoter without discussions, though discussions may occur with firms in the competitive range if deemed necessary. Quotations must be submitted by May 6, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. local time in sealed envelopes marked with the solicitation number 19TS8026Q0008, with technical and financial offers submitted separately to Contracting Officer Autumn Muller at the American Embassy in Tunis.
This is an unrestricted procurement with no small business set-asides. No incumbent contractor or current contractor is identified in the solicitation documents. The specific award value has not been disclosed, though all labor, materials, overhead, profit, and transportation costs must be included in the quoted price, with Value Added Tax and customs fees being non-applicable due to the embassy's tax-exempt status. The contract is for one vehicle with a delivery requirement of 120 days after contract award, with a total contract period not to exceed four months and no options included. Performance will take place at the American Embassy Tunis, Les Berges du Lac, 1053 Tunis, Tunisia, where deliveries will be accepted Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., with payment upon successful delivery and acceptance of the inspected vehicle.
