About this opportunity

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is conducting a Request for Information (RFI) to assess market interest and capability for procuring 20 multifunctional devices (MFDs) with accessories for delivery to U.S. Army installations throughout South Korea, specifically Camp Humphreys under IMCOM. Vendors must demonstrate capability to deliver and fully operationalize all devices within 30 days of order receipt. The MFDs must meet extensive technical specifications including automatic full duplex monochrome and color capability, 45+ pages per minute print and copy rates, minimum 6GB memory, support for Windows 11+, MacOS 13+, and Microsoft Server 2016+, and compatibility with Adobe PS3, PCL5E, and PCL6 page description languages. Critical to the requirement are stringent security specifications, including NIST SP 800-88 Revision 1 hard drive compliance, FIPS 140-3 encryption, ISO/IEC 15408 Common Criteria certification via NIAP approval, DISA STIG compliance, SNMPv3 support, and inclusion on the NIAP CCEVS Product Compliant List. The RFI response deadline is April 10, 2026 at 10:00 AM EST, with interested vendors required to submit business name, DUNS number, CAGE code, and point of contact information to Megan Perzia (Contract Specialist) or David Corvino (Contracting Officer) via electronic mail.

No set-aside designation applies to this procurement. The requirement includes delivery of 20 MFDs with one full set of standard yield toner cartridges pre-installed plus one additional full set of high-yield cartridges (black, cyan, magenta, yellow) per device, along with installation, key operator training, one-year manufacturer OCONUS warranty with 24/7 telephonic support and on-site service within 2 government working days, and associated network functionality and security services. All contractor pricing must be all-inclusive with no additional compensation beyond established contract line item numbers. Devices must be Trade Agreement Act (TAA) compliant and composed of new, previously unused components, with all proposed devices subject to DOD Risk Management Framework and STIG compliance testing within approximately 20 business days per device. No specific award value or budget range is disclosed in the RFI documentation; however, the pre-solicitation notice indicates this is a formal procurement action moving toward a full solicitation.
