Destination basis to the USCG Aviation Logistics Center located at 1664 Weeksville Road, Elizabeth City, North Carolina 27909-5001. The contractor must maintain an active SAM registration prior to invoice submission and comply with specialized packaging, quality control, and notification requirements specific to aircraft component supply.
