About this opportunity

This notice seeks sources for a hydraulic pump unit to be procured by the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime. The pump is a centrifugal pump used to transport fluids by converting rotational energy into fluid movement. It is a critical component of the HEMTT M978A4 LH4 vehicle, pumping fuel from the main tank. The agency seeks sources that can supply a minimum of 78 units to a maximum of 1950 units over a potential five year contract. Interested sources must respond by March 9, 2024 to be considered for the forthcoming solicitation.

There is no set-aside designated for this requirement. The pump unit has a NSN of 4320-01-618-6603 and part number 03H14A-HYD/S1 assigned to the current manufacturer. The quantity range is 78 to 1950 units to support the end item over the five year period. As a critical component, this represents a potential award value commensurate with the estimated fleet size and maintenance needs. Sources must have experience supplying similar hydraulic components for military ground vehicles.

REQUIREMENTS DESCRIPTION:

Hydraulic Pump Unit is a Centrifugal Pump, and it is used to transport fluids by converting rotational energy driven by a prime mover which is an integral part of the pump into energy moving the fluid.
