About this opportunity
The United States Embassy in Mexico is seeking a public opinion research company to conduct comprehensive research services focused on monitoring and tracking public sentiment trends in Mexico. The Department of State, specifically the US Embassy Mexico, will procure quantitative and qualitative research services including polling, focus groups, and interviews on issues relevant to U.S. government interests. This opportunity will result in a single award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with firm-fixed rates, covering one base year and four potential option years. All responsible sources may submit proposals, with the government potentially making an award based on initial offers without further discussion. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of proposal submission, with failure to do so resulting in automatic disqualification.
The pre-solicitation notice indicates no specific set-aside designation for this contract opportunity, which means it is open to all qualified vendors. The contract falls under NAICS category 541910 for Marketing Research and Public Opinion Polling, with a corresponding PSC code of R426 for Professional Communications Support. While specific award values are not disclosed, the multi-year structure suggests a significant ongoing research engagement. Electronic proposal submissions will be accepted, with a pre-proposal conference planned though the exact date is not yet specified. Prospective offerors are encouraged to carefully review the full solicitation requirements and ensure timely SAM registration to maintain proposal eligibility.
