The solicitation incorporates standard Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) terms and conditions for commercial products and services, ensuring compliance with federal procurement guidelines.

The contract opportunity is specifically set aside for small businesses, with a size standard of 1,500 employees, and falls under the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 517121 for Telecommunications Resellers.
