About this opportunity

The Space and Missile Systems Center Innovation and Prototyping Directorate is soliciting proposals for the Prototype Operations I single award IDIQ contract to provide on-console satellite operations support. The solicitation seeks cost-plus-award-fee, firm-fixed-price, and cost contract line items to support satellite operations. Proposals are due by June 21, 2021 pursuant to solicitation number PA-675. The required services are described in the attached request for proposals and wrap rate table.

The procurement has been set aside for total small businesses and will be evaluated based on the criteria in the RFP. The place of performance is Albuquerque, New Mexico. The NAICS code for satellite operations is 517410. The PSC code is D399 for support services. The contract is a 100% small business set aside with a period of performance through 2026. The attached rate table provides the 10% award fee structure and pricing for the basic IDIQ as well as notional task orders across CLINs including operations, concept development, launch support and other activities.
