Interested contractors are invited to complete an attached questionnaire addressing topics including labor availability, contractor interest, wage rates, and potential cost implications. The RFI requires responses to be submitted via email to Gene Romig by 2:00 PM PDT on June 6, 2025, with the clear understanding that this survey is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a formal solicitation or contract commitment. The project falls under the NAICS Category 236220 for Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and PSC Category Z2AA for Repair or Alteration of Office Buildings. Contractors should note that this is a defense-related project with specific requirements for equipment transfer and space reconfiguration.
