About this opportunity

The Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Office of Asset and Facilities Management (OAFM) is seeking a contractor to provide facilities/real property portfolio management services. The contractor will assist OAFM in the stewardship, asset management, project management, and fiscal management of its portfolio of over 500 leased and owned buildings across the U.S. and Territories. The key objectives are to meet operational requirements while reducing square footage and costs, improve the timeliness and quality of facilities services, and transition to a data-driven asset management organization. The contract will include a 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods, and required personnel include Space Management Specialists, Portfolio Managers, Budget Analysts, Construction Project Managers, and a Senior Financial Analyst.

This opportunity is set aside for small businesses. It appears to be a re-compete of a current requirement currently held by Deloitte Consulting, LLP. The total value of the contract is not provided, but the RFI requests vendors to propose labor categories, personnel, hours, and pricing. Responses to the RFI are due by November 26, 2024.
